Tenax Hydrex is a sealer recommended for polished marbles, granites and quartz agglomerates, sometimes also ceramic. Excellent value for money, which, together with ease of application, makes it ideal for large surfaces Resistant both indoors and outdoors. It does not alter the natural color of the material. Hydrex penetrates and fixes itself in the microporosity of the material providing the effect of water repellency without altering the natural breathability of the stone.
Solvent-based penetrating product. It leaves no surface films. Specific for porous materials. The "Hydrex" product, once applied as indicated in the "Instructions for use" section, is suitable for contact with food products and complies with the provisions of Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Ministerial Decree 21/03/1973. For further information, please consult the Declaration of Conformity.
Water-repellent solvent base. It penetrates and settles in micropores, ensuring long-lasting protection.
The product must be evenly applied on dry and clean materials. The presence of water, dust o dirty matter may influence the result regarding the uniformity of the surface. We suggest to spread the product using a brush, sponge, cloth or through a gun spray. Use the right quantity that the material naturally can absorb. Then, after few seconds, clean (buff) the surfaces by a cleaned cloth. The excess may create a superficial sticky films, so the excess must be removed immediately after the application. We suggest to repeat this treatment after 10-15 minutes from the first application. The effect of anti stain will be achieved after 24 hours from the treatment. In case of floor application, do not walk on the surface before. IMPORTANT: when a surface is treated for the first time, we suggest to test HYDREX on a small hidden part for testing the effect. Close container lid properly after use.
The product will last at least 24 mouths in normal condition (between 5-30°C), kept away from source of heat, humidity and sun light. Close the package after usage. Protect the product against freezing temperatures.
