Product description
Moeller HMK R147 Cement Film Remover a cement veil remover for use on ceramic tiles, both glazed and unglazed. This product is not suitable for use on non-acid-resistant surfaces.
This product is intended for removing grout residue, cement residue, construction debris, and limescale. It can be used both indoors and outdoors.
How to use Moeller HMK R147:
Turn off the underfloor heating. Allow the substrate (e.g., floor or wall) to cool to its natural temperature. This will make cleaning easier. Dilute Moeller HMK R147 with water in a ratio of 1:2 to 1:10, depending on the level of contamination. Then, thoroughly scrub the previously moistened surface with a scrubbing brush, doodlebug, or other suitable pad. Allow the product to work for approximately 5 to 10 minutes and do not allow it to dry. Then scrub the surface again and remove the dirt. We recommend scrubbing with Moeller HMK R157 diluted with water in a ratio of approximately 1:20. Then rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water. Repeat the procedure for very heavy soiling.
When using a wet vacuum cleaner or scrubber, we recommend adding Moeller HMK Z702 Defoamer to the machine. This reduces foam formation.
Always test the product in an inconspicuous area (to determine suitability and consumption). The application temperature should be between +12 and +25 degrees Celsius.
Important to know:
Do not use this product in direct sunlight. Acid-sensitive surfaces, polished or finely ground natural stone, limestone, marble, concrete blocks, metals, plastics, etc., can be damaged by direct contact with R147 and its vapors.
