HMK P326 Cotto Maintenance Milk is a maintenance product that ensures optimal color and structure for Terra Cotto floors, brick tiles, clay tiles and clinkers. HMK P326 Cotto Maintenance Milk gives the floor a soft semi-gloss without having to be rubbed out. The protective layer is water and dirt repellent. Rough floors are easier to maintain and are more resistant to walking tracks.



Procedure

Switch off the underfloor heating. Allow the surface to cool to its natural temperature. Clean it thoroughly and let it dry, max. residual moisture content approx. 2-4%. HMK P326 Shake Cotto Maintenance Milk before use. For the first treatment, dilute the product 1:5 to 1:10 with clear water. Apply the product thinly and evenly with a lint-free cloth, sponge or flat floor mop. Apply HMK P326 Cotto Maintenance Milk in a more concentrated manner to more absorbent surfaces. The drying time depends on the humidity and air circulation approximately 50 to 60 minutes.
