Moeller HMK P323 Wear-resistant semi-gloss is a gloss and maintenance product that provides matt, rough and dull floors made of natural stone and ceramic with a beautiful semi-gloss without having to polish the floor. The HMK P323 Wear-resistant satin gloss makes the floor not only beautiful, but also easier to maintain.
Self-gloss (semi-gloss) and caring product for periodic maintenance. Gives dull and matte floors of natural stone and concrete a fuller appearance.
Contains no solvents.
Gives the floor a beautiful semi-gloss. Prevents ingress of water and dirt. Suitable for indoor use.
In a weak ratio it can also be used very well as temporary protection, to prevent penetration of grout during washing.
Consumption:
Depending on the absorbency of the surface, approx. 15 to 30 m² per liter (pure). If used as a mop wax for maintenance of your floor: approx. 100 to 200 ml HMK P323 Wear-resistant Silk Gloss per 10 liters of water, consumption approx. 150-250 m²/liter.
Procedure:
Test the product before starting on, for example, an inconspicuous place or loose tile to determine the effect, quantity and working time. Turn off the underfloor heating. Allow the surface to cool to its natural temperature, clean it thoroughly with R155 and let it dry to a maximum residual moisture content of approx. 2-4%. Shake the HMK P323 Wear-resistant Satin Gloss well before use. For the first treatment, dilute the product 1:10 with clear water. Apply HMK P323 Wear-resistant Satin Gloss thinly and evenly with a lint-free cloth, sponge or flat floor mop. Apply HMK P323 Wear-Resistant Silk Gloss in a more concentrated manner to highly absorbent floors.
Afterwards:
If the above was intended as maintenance, you can immediately put the floor back into use after drying. Drying time depending on humidity and air circulation 50 to 60 minutes.
