Lithofin Losefix is for removing oily, greasy and other contaminants from solvent-resistant surfaces such as various surfaces of natural and decorative concrete stone, ceramics, tiles, clay and clinker tiles, concrete plaster for floors, etc. Can be used both indoors and outdoors.
Lithofin Losefix dissolves organic contaminants such as wax, oil, grease, tar, bitumen, fresh paint, transparent paints for wood, protective layers, hardened residues of stone maintenance products, etc. and makes them removable with water.
How do you use Lithofin Losefix?
Lithofin Losefix is ​​applied pure to the dry surface and spread, possibly scrubbed. After a reaction time of approx. 5-20 minutes, add water, scrub and absorb the liquid with a wet vacuum cleaner or mop. Rinse with plenty of clean water. In case of heavy contamination, repeat the treatment on the dried surface.
Note: Do not use on rubber, perspex, plastic, linoleum, asphalt plates, paint, freshly varnished and other surfaces that are sensitive to solvents. If in doubt, first try on an inconspicuous place!
Losefix for removing impregnating layers.
When a surface has been treated with an impregnating agent and afterwards matt spots, streaks, white rashes or other stains appear. Then there is a good chance that the impregnating agent has probably been applied to a surface that is still too damp. Or that the remains of the impregnating agent have not been removed. With Losefix you can remove the protective treatment from the stone. Let the Losefix work for approximately 10 to 25 minutes, scrub in between, and then rinse thoroughly with water.
