    Product description

    Sandwich plate M22 with thermostat for connecting an oil cooler. Suitable for almost any car equipped with a screw-on oil filter.



    A thermostat always allows some oil to pass through; this is for the operation of the thermostat element. This means that there is always a flow of oil over the oil cooler. The thermostat opens fully at 82 degrees Celsius and closes at 70 degrees Celsius.



    Renewed version with M22 thread for the connections. Supplied without nipples (M22 = QGZ816-xx)



    Please note: this sandwich plate is supplied without oil filter adapter. You must order the correct adapter yourself (3/4 UNF for almost any European car, or an M20 or M18 adapter, suitable for almost any Japanese car).
